Shipping policy

We know you want your Her Halo order quickly, so we aim to have every order prepared and sent within 48 hours.

Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on every order because you deserve one less thing to worry about at checkout.

Standard delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates. Busy sale periods, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

We will always do our best to keep your order moving and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, email us at help@her-halo.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@her-halo.com.

Include your name, order number, and delivery address so we can check the status with the courier.

Please check that your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Her Halo cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, email us as soon as possible at help@her-halo.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and sort it for you quickly.

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
