Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your Her Halo order, but if something is not quite right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. We may also ask for your order number or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send it back. Please contact us before returning anything, as items sent without approval may not be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at help@her-halo.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and sort it for you quickly.
Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale items can still be returned unless they were clearly marked as final sale when purchased.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The quickest option is to return your original item and place a separate order for the colour or product you would prefer.
Refunds
We will email you once your return has been received and inspected.
If your refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after we issue it.
